Tall Tales was purchased by Tom and Kathi Bassett in April 2000 and has become the center of activity in Republican City, Nebraska.  Local citizens, hunters, fishermen and boaters stop down to Tall Tales to pick up the latest information before heading off for the day. Tom and Kathi see to it that people are provided with everything they need - from fishing reports and hunting information to licenses and merchandise.
